The idea that we as humans are separate from nature & the planet is one of the most misconstrued beliefs of our time.
We have been living for far too long without reverence for the magnificent world around us. It is inexplicable to believe that we humans and nature are not in a constantly evolving relationship.
And like any relationship, respect, attention, love and intentional actions, must be the basis or else there will be issues that arise.
As a holistic dietitian nutritionist, it is my goal to be able to not only support my clients in the realm of nutrition & food in relation to the world around us by supporting local farms, purchasing organic food, balancing our intake of animal protein with vegetables & the list could go on…

THE AIR ELEMENT & THE HEALING MODALITY OF BREATHWORK 💫
This form of release/therapy unhooks the analytical/ego mind from the equation by inducing a conscious breathing meditative state in which the body is allowed to go deeper into cellular memory. This allows the person to unravel years of false beliefs, traumas and faulty programming, not by consciously “thinking their way through depression, eating issues, etc” but by allowing the breath & the body to do what they were made to do, which is to provide a space of deep safety & healing.
