Seriously this is such a fun family dinner making night where everyone can get involved, even the wee little ones!
Everyone gets to pick what they want for their toppings and this baby cooks in like 10 minutes plus its SO DELISH!
And as you can see, if you’re a veggie lover like me, you can still get in a hefty amount of those. I used about 1.5 cups of chopped up collard greens and green onion, pictured here 😋
